    How did the American Right succumb to a gaggle like Coulter, Hannity, Bachmann, Santorum, Gingrich and the rest of their fellow degenerate misanthropes? Even Boehner can no longer find solace in a pack of smokes and a bathtub-size flagon of red wine.
