It is hard to believe that a people that have been so dehumanized, disparaged and persecuted throughout much of history should think that this is acceptable.

It would also seem that the U.S. judicial system is not able to distinguish very well between free speech and hate-mongering, Beijing. Otherwise this kind of thing would never be considered a constitutionally-protected matter.
